CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while also protecting our business from losses associated with Stripe’s non-refundable transaction fees.

• Cancellations Over 60 Days Before Check-In:

A full refund minus a 3,9% processing fee will be issued to cover non-refundable Stripe transaction costs.

 

• Cancellations Over 30 Days Before Check-In:

A 50% refund minus a 3,9% processing fee will be issued.

 

• Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Before Check-In:

No refund will be issued.

 

Refund Method:

All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Please note that Stripe’s payment processing fees are not refundable, and this amount will be deducted from any eligible refund.

 

Rescheduling Options:

We may allow a one-time rescheduling of your stay if requested more than 60 days prior to the original check-in date, subject to availability and any applicable rate changes.
